Sure, you could eat fish, but you would have to load up on it. These concentrated Fish Oil softgels are more convenient and nutrient-packed. And for the non-fish eaters...to eliminate the fishy taste that's usually associated with these products, ON slapped on an enteric coating.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, take up to 6 softgels spread evenly throughout the day. Start with 1 softgel with breakfast, lunch, and dinner and adjust as necessary.
