Directions for Use
Mix 1 scoop with approximately 295–415 ml of cold water and shake well. On training days, consume 1 serving during your workout and 1 serving after training. On non-training days, consume 2 servings throughout the day. For best results, use consistently as part of your training and nutrition routine.
